Our first term has
been a very exciting term with many positive events! We hosted our first
World’s Biggest Coffee Morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support and we held
our annual fundraising Jeans for Genes day raising £400 for children affected
by genetic disorders.
As part of the
Mayor’s endeavour to encourage and aspire volunteers throughout the city we
welcomed 2 representatives of the ‘WE DAY’ charity to our phase assembly. The volunteers spoke with pupils from years 3
to 6 about the importance and benefits of volunteering.
We look forward to
